All of our shirts are made to order, so please allow up to 4 business days for your order to ship. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:

• 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

• 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (accessories, etc.)

• 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.

More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.  

We SO wish we could offer free shipping, but, alas - we're not Amazon, just a small funky shop. International shipping costs are calculated based on our direct postage costs.

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an automated e-mail from us with your tracking number. If you believe your package may have been lost, please contact us at hi@chachabacha.co and we’ll help you find it.

Yes. We will exchange your order for a different size at no additional cost to you (except your postage cost when sending your order back to us). If you’d like to exchange your order, just e-mail us at hi@chachabacha.co with your order # and the item/size you want to exchange. You will pay for shipping back to us (we recommend USPS first class as the cheapest option), and we will pay for shipping back to you. Any products sent back to us without prior authorization may cause a delay in processing.

Because all our apparel products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless you received a damaged product. For books, simply go through the Amazon return process.
